Dr. Anil Behl began his medical journey by earning his MBBS from the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, setting a strong foundation for his future endeavors. Continuing his pursuit of specialized knowledge, Dr. Behl later achieved an MCh in Plastic Surgery from the same esteemed institution. Notably, he ascended to the rank of Director General of Medical Services within the Indian Air Force, highlighting his leadership and dedication to service. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, the President of India awarded him the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) in 2010.
